Ian A Randolph, FCA
Ian qualified in 1967. He joined Auerbach Hope in 1975 and shortly thereafter became a Partner. In his wide-ranging client portfolio are included solicitors, charities, music producers and property companies. He is also the Firm’s Audit and Investment Business compliance partner and a registered Independent Financial Adviser.

Irvin Fishman, FCA
Irvin joined Auerbach Hope in 1969, qualified with the firm in 1974 and he became a Partner in 1978. He specialises in the entertainment industry and leisure fields and is a Board Member of several publicly quoted companies. He also has extensive experience in corporate transactions and acquisitions.

Howard R Reuben, FCA
Howard became a Partner in 1987. He is a specialist in back duty investigations, and deals with a variety of general practice clients (including companies in the property, restaurant and gaming industries) advising on a wide range of business issues including taxation and financial planning.

Jeffrey S Marco, FCA
Jeffrey joined the firm in 1970 and qualified in 1974. He became a Partner in 1981. He specialises in VAT, PAYE compliance matters and his portfolio consists mainly of entertainment and property clients and charity audits.

Jayendra Shah, FCA
Jay joined the firm in 1985, qualified later that year and worked as PA to Jeffrey Lent. He became a Partner in 1995 and specialises in personal, corporate and property taxation. He is a member of the Institute’s Taxation Faculty.

Waseem Ahmad
Waseem joined Auerbach Hope in 1989 and worked as PA to Irvin Fishman. He became a Partner in 2005 and is an affiliate of the ICAEW. He specialises in personal and corporate taxation.

Jeremy Coker, FCCA CTA
Jeremy qualified in 1988 and joined Auerbach Hope in 2001. He deals with all aspects of taxation relating to small and medium sized enterprises and owner-managed businesses. He is currently Secretary of the London Branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a member of the Institute’s Taxation Faculty. Jeremy was admitted as Partner in 2005.

Jeffrey A Lent, FCA
Jeffrey joined the Practice in 1971 and became a Partner in 1974. In 2002 he made the transition to Consultant in order to specialise in UK tax and financial property advice. Jeffrey is a member of the Board of Allied Irish Bank (GB) plc and a founder member of The Smith Institute Think Tank.

David Hillel, FCA, ATII
David became a Partner in 1964, having served Articles with Auerbach Hope, after qualifying in 1960. In 2008 he made the transition to Consultant. He has extensive experience in the affairs of family run businesses of varying sizes and specialises in property dealing, development and investment companies. He is a Member of the Institute’s Finance Management Faculty and sits on the Board of a publicly quoted company.

Leslie Serlui, FCA
Leslie qualified in 1965 and joined the Partnership in 1972 and became a Partner in 1974. He specialises in the audit and taxation of property dealing, development and investment companies, restaurants and the food industry.
